Licenses

A licence for a named course (once purchased) can be assigned to one named user (i.e. 1 licence for a named course assigned to a named user = 1 named user's access to the course and, once completed, a certificate and completion record, which is held indefinitely). Licences are not transferable. New licence purchases are valid for one year from date of purchase and the named user can view this course as many times as necessary throughout the year. Upon expiry, licences for certain courses (excluding health and social care agency courses) may be renewed for a subsequent one year at 25% of the current licence fee. Licence renewal is optional.

Users of the online training system are not permitted to login as any other username other than their own for any reason. If you (as an account manager) need to access a users account information and you can not find the information you require through the "View Users" or "Control Panel" pages, please contact us through the "Support Box" on your account control panel or "Contact Page".

Hacking, falsifying or manipulation of the website, systems, records or data is unacceptable and can result in immediate account termination and even legal action.

Violation of these rules or any other fraudulent activity can result in an instant automatic user and/or account deactivation, this is due to our built in, dedicated security software. Any account deactivation can be reactivated pending review by one of our technical development team.

Payment and Implementation

Login/Course access will be issued upon receipt of payment. Prices displayed in the price list exclude local taxes (e.g. VAT). Applicable currencies are displayed on the prices page of the website.

Competence

One of the key elements to be considered during the selection of a health & safety training provider, must be an Assessment of Competence. Health & Safety training must be suitable for the tasks and be provided from a competent source. Competence is defined as the 'knowledge, training, qualifications, experience and other such qualities'. To ensure that our online health & safety training is accurate under current health and safety legislation, our course content is developed by our team of NEBOSH qualified consultants and developers. The teams' qualifications range from NEBOSH NGC, NEBOSH Diploma to Chartered MIOSH. Some of those involved with the development process are also actively part of the Essex Branch, IOSH Executive Committee and IIRSM.
